His training includes a Fellowship in Bariatric Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, one of the most renowned institutions in the country. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions, such as Director of Surgical Services in various hospitals, and has played an active role in the accreditation of bariatric programs, contributing to the development of quality standards in the field.

As Office Manager at Boca Delray Bariatric Center, she implemented efficient workflows and ensured high-quality patient care. Holding certifications in Clinical Medical Assistance and CPR, along with an Associate Degree in Nursing, Carolina is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care, always striving to optimize the patient experience.

Christel Maria Belden Enkerlin is a distinguished nutritionist committed to advancing health and wellness in Mexico. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Integral Wellness from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, Christel specializes in clinical and bariatric nutrition. She is the founder of a nutritional therapy center and ESSENTO®, where she provides tailored guidance to improve health. As a bariatric surgery dietitian and professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Christel collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and mentors future nutrition professionals. With extensive clinical experience and international training in specialized areas like gastrointestinal health and pediatric nutrition, she remains dedicated to advancing the field of clinical nutrition and wellness.
